I am P.Nelan Dayarathne, was born in 27,10,1984 in a rural and beautifull village called Werankatagoda,Ampara. I have an agricultural  family background. I studied upto Advanced Level from the village School,Am/werankatagoda.m.v which have over 1000 students. In the school time,I have shown my leadership abilities,I was the head prefect of the school. After A/L exam,I could comlete an One year English diploma course at Kuliyapitiya. After retuning,I held some English Classes,and joind with Prabhavi Resources Center which is a local social wefare organization. At the beginning,we were able to built up the Prabhavi Library. In this project,I was lucky to work with Mr.Ajith Karunarathna,founder and CEO of the Prabhavi Resources Center. Now,I am working as the President of the Prabhavi Resources Center.
